Team Vardis enter FODCAC 2021.
After an unfortunate cancellation of the event in 2020 several of the team were gearing up to take on both the singles and doubles events of the Forest of Dean Carp Angling Championships.
A fantastic Gloucestershire based event with the sole aim being to raise money for the extremely worthwhile charity, children with cancer UK.
Entrants to this year’s events included: Andrew Warren, Jason Smith, Gary Overthrow, James Roberts, Joe Pester, Jacob Morgan, Simon Burke & Paul Hurley.
With the qualification rounds done and dusted Paul Hurley & young Jacob Morgan are confirmed semi finalists in the singles event with Andrew Warren & Joe Pester unfortunately able to pip the top spot during doubles qualification resulting in a second place exit.
Vardis Tackle would like to wish all involved the best of luck during the latter rounds of the event and will see you onsite at the singles final!
